Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, I moved to Boulder in 2008 to attend the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. I love Boulder and the life I have created here with my Wife Sarah, cat Russell, and dog Winnie.

I have been practicing Massage Therapy full time since graduating from massage school in 2009. I truly love what I do and love that I can help fellow outdoor enthusiasts thrive in the mountains. I am Licensed in the state of Colorado as a Massage Therapist, but I prefer to describe what I do as Bodywork. When people think of massage a lot of times its in the Spa setting or as a luxury, I view it as preventative maintenance. The human body can do so many incredible things, and just like cars, bikes, skis need regular maintenance so do our bodies.

My goal is to help you stay healthy, happy and functioning your best day in and day out.

Instead of offering specific modalities of services, I prefer to offer a custom bodywork experience. Over the years and thousands of hours of massage, I find combining all my knowledge and skill set creates the best, long lasting outcomes.

I have training in each of the following areas:

Myofascial release

Active Release Techniques

Swedish/Lomi Lomi

Sports Massage

Injury Rehabilitation

Corrective Exercise

Years in Private Practice

Years Working under a Physical Therapist

Seasons as a Soigneur, Bissell Pro Cycling, Bissell Development, Smartstop Pro Cycling

Years and Counting at Four Seasons Hotel, Vail and Denver
